I’m Rafael Bastos, a London commercial photographer producing corporate headshots and executive portraits for companies — for websites, LinkedIn, press and internal communications. I work on location: the studio comes to your office or venue, so your team is photographed without anyone leaving the building. I shoot two styles: clean corporate headshots against a consistent backdrop, and environmental portraits that use your workplace for context — the style most leadership and about pages now prefer. How much do professional headshots cost in London?
Every booking is quoted as a project rather than sold as a package. The price depends on how many people you need photographed, how many locations, whether the leadership team also needs environmental portraits, and how quickly you need the files. Send me a headcount and a rough date and I’ll come back with a fixed quote — covering lighting and direction on the day, professional retouching of selected images, and a commercial usage licence.
How does an office team session work?
I bring a portable studio — backdrop, lighting — and set up in a meeting room; roughly 3×4 m is enough, and nobody needs to travel to a studio. Each person takes 5–10 minutes, so a 20-person team fits comfortably into a half-day with no disruption to the working day. Selection happens on the spot or through an online gallery afterwards, and retouched files are delivered within 3–5 working days via a secure online gallery.

Usually yes — send me an existing example and I’ll match backdrop, crop, and grade so new joiners fit the existing set.

How long does it take per person?
